These terms apply when you use share at share.wbydc.app or share.wbydc.ru. By using share you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use share.

The service

share lets two people send files directly between their browsers, encrypted end to end. It is run by wbydc, a private individual ([email protected]). It is free and needs no account. How it handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

share is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it is always available, that a connection or transfer succeeds, how fast it is, or that it works on every network, browser or device. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time. Keep your own copies of files you send.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the files you send and must have the right to send them.
• Only share invite links with people you trust: anyone with the link can join the room.
• Check files you receive before you open them.

Not allowed

• Sending content that is illegal where you or the recipient are, or that infringes other people's rights.
• Sending malware or using share to attack other people or systems.
• Abusing the servers, including using the relay server for anything other than share transfers, or overloading or probing the service.

We may end rooms and block access from addresses that break these rules or harm the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by using or not being able to use share, including lost or corrupted files and data exposed through your own device, network or invite link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using share after a change means you accept the new terms.
